Childhood friends, Ashley and Bryan were scattered by the winds of life for many years before fate brought them back together. Impulse brough them to Boston where they shared a moment of their lives for an engagement session with us shortly before Sandy shook the last of the leaves from the trees. We met up at Bird Park in East Walpole, MA which is a wonderful place for engagement photography because it has a variety of different landscapes all in one beautiful (and convinient setting just a short distance away from Boston).
Bird Park could also be a great place for bridal photography or wedding photography between your reception and your wedding. Just so long as you avoid the gang (or is it gaggle) of geese that have taken over one of the lanws near the pond.
Ashley and Bryan are a great example of the different ways you can prepare for your engagement photography session. Typically we're booking these with brides ahead of the wedding, so we're hoping to get the couple comfortable in front of the camera and break the ice as much as we're looking to get beautiful images. Ashley and Bryan came ready for a fun, casual shoot during the fall in New England, they were ready to play in the leaves and just relax and have a great time.
