Rain pattered on the roof on the Jones River Trading Company on the wedding day and the sky was a washed out gray - a seamless ceiling of low clouds that were about right for the first day of Autumn, but not the kind of sight you want above your wedding day. Fortunately for Noel and Eric, there was a back-up plan and no amount of rain could dampen the spirit of love between them on their wedding day and Ryan Richardson Photography was lucky enough to be a part of that special day.

Of course, it helps when you've got a great venue like the Jones River Trading Company, that offers ample indoor and outdoor space to arrange the reception and the ceremony. Michelle, the coordinator, was able to pull off a beautiful last-minute transformation of the space where they took over the dance floor for the ceremony (and then cleared it all away while the guests were enjoying cocktails.

The evening was full of two communities coming together over dinner, dancing and the shared love of Noel and Eric. It was a beautiful way to spend an early Fall day in New England, no matter what the weather was outside and we thank the couple for letting Ryan Richardson Photography - Cape Cod wedding photographers - be there to document their special day.
